    The partnership will allow integrated management of empty container terminals

     

    eProfessionalTI and Engesys Informática close integration partnership between their platforms

     

    As well as Comex 4.0, a name that the market has been giving to the evolution of the foreign trade area, Logistics 2.0 also follows at its full blast, and technology companies are presenting new solutions to streamline and improve the processes of cargo handling.

     

    eProfessional Tecnologia da Informação, a company that operates in systems development related to foreign trade logistics, has partnered with Engesys Informática, a company that is customized systems, especially for maritime navigation, intending to improve the information management for empty containers warehouses with WMS (warehouse management system).

     

    According to Luiz Carlos dos Santos, project development director at eProfessionalTI, this event arose after several requests from customers for a solution integrated among the various types of modals. "This union of forces will provide flexibility, favoring and facilitating the process of using empty containers during the contracting of the warehouse for export and sow of import", Luiz enlightens.

     

    Also according to Luiz Carlos, for acting in the main terminals of the country, the partnership will facilitate the processes, avoiding import punching, export maintenance, information errors, and typing. 

     

    According to Claudio Alves, Engesys Informática CEO, all process information will be exchanged between platforms, making the process more agile, efficient, and reliable. "Thus, there will be no more doubts between the processes and simple information errors that make the processing time consuming," he assures.

     

    The executive said customers will be able to use both platforms uniquely and efficiently, sharing the information in real-time. The platform will be offered through API/Web Service and contractors will be able to enjoy this new partnership at no additional charge.
