Her name is Zofia Burk, and she was five years old when she arrived in Brazil from Poland in 1951. Since she was 16 years old, she already worked as a model, and in the 70s, at the height of her career, being called for several commercials for shampoos, soaps, makeup, and everything related to aesthetics. In 1975, at the age of 29, she was called in for a shoot for a toothpick brand called Gina, but she didn’t know she would be stamping the package; she thought it would be for some poster or print advertisement.

Zofia has a degree in psychology but has never worked in the area. She speaks seven languages and has lived in the Sumaré São Paulo neighborhood for over forty years.

Nowadays she is older than 70 years old.
