Reducing CO2 emissions is one of the most effective ways to fight climate change and its consequences.  eProfessional Tecnologia da Informação has just released an update of its mobile application APPSister Operational, application module for management of empty container terminals with connectivity functionality with Bluetooth printers generating the printing of the EIR - Equipment Interchange Receipt for the container and vehicle entry.
According to Luiz Carlos dos Santos, Project Development director at eProfessionalTI, the new application makes the processes even more dynamic operationally, enabling the printing of receipts, release, estimates, which facilitates, including, the trucker's job, once in the return of empty containers, SISTER already performs a truck’s pre-registration, facilitating the inspection and use of this technology for printing operational documents, it is possible to replace A4 paper or graphic printer with more sustainable material, CO2 neutral and reduce waste. "Instead of the current scenario with form printing and increased CO2, the implementation of the equipment generates an immediate impact on carbon emissions in the logistics process of the terminal," he said.
Daniel Figueiredo, project analyst at eProfessionalTI, points out that the APP has several features that reduce operational time and mitigate rework in operations, among these can be highlighted: structure survey in the loading of containers, segregation of shipment, receipt, release, unloading of empty containers, shipment, entry and exit of workshop and inventory. These features accelerate and ensure greater efficiency of all processes and with all system controls in the palm of your hand.
He also points out that eProfessionalTI's systems have an immense range of customizations that aim to meet the specificities of each depot, seeking to automate processes, quality in services and cost reduction.
According to Luiz Carlos, by acting sustainably, eProfessionalTI assumes responsibility for present and future generations. "By opting for this operational model, our client starts to make an active contribution, while helping his company achieve its sustainability goals," he concludes.
